Multiple Crew Co-operation Course (MCC)
according JAR-FCL 1.261 (d)


Under the JAA regulations it is now a requirement for holders of professional pilot licences to complete an approved MCC course prior to the endorsement of the first multi-crew aircraft. The structure of the course is specifically designed for the less experienced pilot who needs to complete the licensing requirements of the JAA regulations.


Multiple Crew Co-operation Course (MCC) according JAR-FCL 1.261 (d)

Theoretical Part: 2 days of 7,5 hours each (15 hours classroom).
5 Simulator Details of 4 hours each (2 hours PF and 2 hours PNF).
15 hours Theory/Briefings (2 hours before and 1 hour after each Simulator Detail).



JAR-FCL qualified Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI)

All our instructors are experienced KLM / MARTINAIR B747/MD11 captains and fully qualified as SFI.


Upon completion of the course, as a Type Rating Training Organisation (TRTO), we are approved by the Authorities, to issue the appropriate Certificate, according AMC-FCL 1.261 (d). This Certificate is valid in all "JAA Countries".

Our Simulator is a state of the art Mechtronix Ascent FNPT II/MCC, built according JAR STD IIIA, qualified by the Authorities as a Beech 200 Super King Air. More information available via menu or click here


The all in price for the complete MCC Course is EURO 3.950,- per person.
Booking a Crew of 2 Pilots we can offer a discount of EURO 500,- per person.

Deposit required
A deposit of EURO 750,- per pilot is required to reserve each place on the course. The requested place on the course cannot be confirmed until the deposit is received, which will also represent your commitment to the place.


Payment can be made by bank transfer only.
Course fees are payable, in full, not less than 30 days prior the commencement date of the course, or by return against invoice if the course booking is made within the 30 day period. If cleared funds are not so received, FlightWare reserves the right to cancel the course reservation and a cancellation charge will be applied. FlightWare cannot be held responsible for the consequences caused by any such cancellation.

Cancellation charges

No cancellation charge will be levied when cancellation of the course is made more than 30 days prior to course commencement.

Cancellation of the course less than 31 days, but more than 14 days prior to course commencement, will result in a cancellation charge equal of 50% of the total course cost.

Cancellation of the course less than 15 days prior to course commencement, will result in a cancellation charge of 100% of the total course cost.

In the event that a cancelled course is re-sold by FlightWare, the cancellation charge will be refunded.



Each month we start with the Theoretical Part at the first Monday, followed by the first of the Simulator Details at Wednesday. It's also possible to start with Simulator details at the third Wednesday of that month.

On your request we might arrange if possible other dates.
